About Us
At Little Minds Learning Center, we like to maintain a welcoming environment year-round. Our role in our classrooms and the lives of our students is to create a caring community of active learners. The Little Minds staff knows our students deserve a safety, nurturing and welcoming environment in which they can explore in. Here at Little Minds Learning Center we strive to give your children the best education possible by being the best versions of ourselves. We are always learning as well with every student there is a different experience. Every child is different and every child should be considered as on individual.
Programs
- Infant/Toddler (6 weeks to 24 months)
- Toddler Option (18-36 months)
- Preschool (2 to 3 years) & Pre-Kindergarten (4 to 5 years).
- School age, after school program (6 to 12 years)
- School hours are 6.30:00am to 6:30pm, Monday – Friday with the exception of certain holidays.
- Part time, full time classes year round.
- Free nutritious lunches and snacks.
- Potty training is a service we provide free of charge.

Meet Our Teachers
Ms Amanda – Director
Hello, My name is Ms. Amanda. I have been studying child development for four years and still currently enrolled. I plan to earn my Associates degree very soon. This is my first year teaching a preschool class. I love teaching this age group because the children are so opened minded, love to explore, and are thrilled when they get to learn new things. I am so excited to get this new year started and learn more about my students.
Ms Socco – Jr. Preschool Teacher
I have been working with children for over 15 years. It amazes me how things have changed. However, teaching comes from the heart, and that, will never change. I have two boys ages 19 and 15 (I guess I should say young men) and they both keep me busy. My passion is working with the younger children and the Two’s classroom is just perfect. Watching the developmental growth between ages 2 and 3 is pretty remarkable. To think my responsibility of parents entrusting their precious little ones is truly amazing.
Ms. Tyanna – Teacher
My educational background is in psychology and early childhood education, and I have experience working as a tutor for young students and as an aide for children with special needs. Some of my interests include reading, creating art, and listening to music. I am passionate about working with children and providing them with experiences that allow them to learn and grow. I view children as curious, imaginative, and capable of learning and growing in all areas of development. I think children learn best when the content is relevant and meaningful to them, as they will be more motivated to participate. I believe children’s learning is also best supported when the adult is patient and when the child feels safe and secure in their environment. I see children as actively involved in their learning while the teacher acts as a facilitator or guide.
Ms. Blanca – Teacher
My name is Ms. Blanca. I have more than 20 years of experience working with children. My passion for teaching began when I took child development classes in high school. I found that helping children strive made me feel very happy. The staff and children have become a second family to me here at Little Minds Learning Center. I am looking forward to many more years of teaching here at this center.
Ms.Arlene – Teacher
My name is Ms. Arlene. I am a preschool/pre-kindergarten teacher at Little Minds Learning Center. I have been working with children for many years. I enjoy working with children. The reason being because I like to contribute to the care and education of young children in a school setting by embracing each child’s unique personalities, encouraging their development and ensuring their well-being. “It takes a big heart to shape little minds”. Anything you do it’s important to do it with love.
