About Us
The staff at Little Minds Learning Academy strongly believe today’s children are tomorrow’s future. They are clever little scientists, who are eager to observe and make discoveries about the world around them. Our goal is to provide a safe, nurturing, and welcoming environment in which they can explore. When a child’s social and emotional needs are met they become open to participating in a wide range of learning opportunities.
Programs
- Infant/Toddler (6 weeks to 24 months)
- Toddler Option (18-36 months)
- Preschool (2 to 3 years) & Pre-Kindergarten (4 to 5 years).
- School age, after school program (6 to 12 years)
- School hours are 6:30am to 6:30pm, Monday – Friday with the exception of certain holidays.
- Part-time, full time classes year round.
- Free nutritious lunches and snacks.

Meet Our Teachers
Ms Angie – Director
Hi my name is Angelica Burgos. After spending a beautiful time with my Preschool class in Little Minds Preschool I was excited to expand my role at Little Minds Infant and Toddler Center as their Director. Together with a team of amazing and creative teachers, I am committed to providing our families with a loving and developmentally sound foundation for a lifetime of learning. At Little Minds we strive to create and maintain an environment where our students can grow and thrive while exploring the world around them. We would love to thank you for sharing your dear children with us!
Ms Sonia – Assistant Director/Teacher
Hi everyone! My name is Ms. Sonia, and I am the teacher for the school-aged group here at Little Minds Learning Academy as well as the Assistant Director. I am a passionate, hardworking student who is always ready to learn from others and grow from experiences. I tutor my students and help them with their homework. Our class is led daily with respect for one another, an understanding of the importance of inclusiveness, and a celebration of diversity.
Ms Tobar – Toddler Teacher
Hello, my name is Sonia Tobar, and I am currently the toddler teacher at Little Minds Learning Academy. I am a mother of two children and since they began to study in preschool I became a volunteer, and from there my devotion to teaching children began. I started my child development studies at the Rancho Santiago School and then I finish them and Fullerton College. I have 18 years of experience in which I am very happy to give a touch of teaching and love to those who are young today but will be the future of our country. I fully trust that they learn while they paint, color, make puzzles, sing, and even when playing!
Ms. Karla – Preschool Teacher
Hello, I am Ms. Karla. I have been working with kids for 2 years & have also taken a 2-year preschool course at ROP. I’ve studied Child Development at Fullerton College. This will officially be my first time teaching a preschool class & I am so excited. This age group is fun to work with because they love to try new things out & are ready to explore anything that is brought up. One thing that I love about working with kids is that they teach us something new every day. I am extremely excited to start with my students & to get to learn more about each of them.
Ms. Mustika – Preschool Teacher
Hello, my name is Ms. Mustika, I am a teacher in Preschool Room. I’ve been teaching preschool for almost 20 years, Preschool is always the age group, I’m amazed by their curiosity, creativity, and noble ideas are endless. Looking forward to having more fun and learning in our Preschool Room.
Ms. Nancy – Infant Teacher
Hello everyone! My name is Ms. Nancy, and I am the infant teacher at Little Minds Learning Academy. I love teaching the next leaders of tomorrow. In the classroom, we focus on providing a nurturing environment for the infants to explore and grow in their development.
